General Terms and Conditions - Nature of Agape

1. General 1.1 These general terms and conditions apply to all orders and agreements between Nature of Agape (hereinafter: "we" or "our") and the customer (hereinafter: "customer" or "you") via the website www.natureofagape.s tore and/or other channels of Nature of Agape.

2. Orders 2.1 By placing an order, you agree to these terms and conditions.
2.2 All orders will only become final after receipt of an email confirmation from Nature of Agape.
2.3 We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders, for example in the event of incorrect pricing or stock problems.

3. Prices and Payment 3.1 The prices on the website include VAT, unless otherwise stated.
3.2 Payment can be made via the payment methods indicated on our website (iDeal, Credit Card, PayPal, etc.).
3.3 We reserve the right to change prices without prior notice. However, orders will be invoiced at the price applicable at the time of order.

4. Shipping and Delivery 4.1 Orders placed before 23:59 will be shipped the same working day.
4.2 Delivery time within the Netherlands is usually 1 working day. Deliveries to other European countries 2 to 3 working days
4.3 We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier or customs processes for deliveries outside the EU.

5. Returns and Exchanges 5.1 Customers can return their order within 14 days of receipt, provided the product is unused and in its original packaging.
5.2 The costs for returning are for the account of the customer, unless the product is damaged or incorrectly delivered.
5.3 Once the returned item has been received and checked, the purchase amount will be refunded within 14 days.

6. Warranty and Liability 6.1 We offer a legal warranty on the products we supply. This means that a product that is defective or does not meet the agreement can be returned for repair, replacement or refund within the legally established period.
6.2 We are not liable for indirect damage, consequential damage or loss of profit resulting from the use of the products supplied.

7. Privacy 7.1 We respect the privacy of our customers and handle personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which can be found on our website.
7.2 Your data will only be used to process your order and improve our services.

8. Intellectual Property 8.1 All content on our website, including text, images, logos and trademarks, is the property of Nature of Agape and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property rights.
8.2 It is not permitted to copy, reproduce or otherwise use any content of the website without the written permission of Nature of Agape.

9. Applicable Law 9.1 These general terms and conditions are governed by Dutch law.
9.2 Any disputes will be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands.
